My car has been towed. How do I get it back?
First, we must determine if there is a police hold.
If there is a hold, the requirements of the hold must be met
before the vehicle may be released.
Secondly, ownership must be proven. Vehicles
impounded by a police department or other public safety
department can only be released to the vehicle's registered
owner. A state issued photo ID must be presented and must
match the vehicle's registration. If the registered owner is
unable to retrieve the vehicle please contact our office for
additional instructions.
Vehicles impounded from private property may be released
to whomever is possession of keys for the vehicle. A state
issued ID must be presented as well.
Lastly, towing and storage charges must be paid in full.
We only accept cash for impounded vehicles, sorry no
checks or credit cards.

business hours. Please call our office for hours.
